Terms and Conditions
1. Scope and subject matter
These terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between Vivd Solutions and its customers.
The subject matter of the contract is the conception, design, and technical implementation of websites as well as related services.
2. Contract conclusion and delivery model
A contract is concluded when the customer accepts an offer from Vivd Solutions.
Our delivery model refers to the actual production time once all required content and prerequisites have been received in full.
3. Client obligations to cooperate
The client must provide all documents and information required for execution in digital form and in good time.
Delays caused by late delivery or missing cooperation extend agreed deadlines accordingly.
4. Fees and payment terms
The prices agreed in the offer apply. Unless agreed otherwise, these are fixed prices for the defined scope of work.
Vivd Solutions may request a down payment when the order is placed. The remaining balance is due upon acceptance of the project.
5. Copyright and usage rights
Upon full payment of the agreed fee, the client receives the usage rights required for the respective purpose.
Transfer to third parties or use for other purposes requires prior written consent from Vivd Solutions.
6. Liability
Vivd Solutions is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
Vivd Solutions assumes no liability for the legal permissibility of content supplied by the client.
7. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, insofar as this can be agreed by law.
